Last year I went to Debbie's to get a single, long-stemmed rose for my partner. She loved it. This year I went with the "Florist's choice" plant and my partner loved it even more. Debbie had chosen a lovely orchid, wrapped and presented it well, and added a wee teddy bear (with matching ribbon) into the mix. Thank you! I highly recommend this florist and we will be back again next year!

Absolutely amazing service - I was worried I had left it too late for delivery for the next morning however the flowers were delivered early on the morning and so beautiful and very good value ( the spray was larger than I expected) .

Ordered on a florist's website for delivery on a bank holiday. Wasn't told until several days later - after order had been accepted - that it could not be delivered on that day.When ordering, I didn't realise that I was being transferred to Direct2florist, but was pleasantly surprised that my order was accepted, despite asking for delivery on a bank holiday. A few days later, however, I received an email saying it could not be delivered on that day - as it was a bank holioday! That should have been pointed out immediately. More transparency in the ordering process would be good. Otherwise, once it finally arrived, it was fine.

The direct2florist website appears to have a glitch that resulted in the earlier than wanted delivery of the flowers. However, Debbies flowers turned it around with truly amazing customer service. Very easy to navigate the website and they were able to deliver my order within 12 hours of me placing it. The team called me and said they didn’t have the exact thing I wanted in stock, but I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted and they used there talents to make a beautiful bouquet.I ordered the night before I wanted them delivered, they called me in the morning to say the option I chose wasn’t available - I said can you just give me something of equal worth thats predominantly yellow and they delivered the most beautiful bouquet I could have asked for! They also customised the card exactly how I asked.

When I ordered flowers from Debbie's Flowers to lay in the place of my Nephew's ashes. They were very helpful in giving me advice, with the ashes been near a tree they mentioned that the hat box would break up and look a bit unsightly, so another way was suggested, which worked well. The flowers were beautifully put together in a very artistic way. Would definitely recommend. The florist brought the flowers on the day I requested along with the message card I had wrote. I paid for the flowers through the Direct2Florist.co.uk Paypal and received email confirmation of my order. Great. Super easy and nice to support local florists.Would recommend Debbies Flowers, York. A lovely bunch of flowers arrived, as detailed on their website, this was for friends at a time when they needed to know their friends were thinking of them. Easy to order, delivered timely and lovely flowers which had some open and some to still to open which would have meant the bunch latest longer, which was brilliant. Also nice to support local florists.

Excellent on every levelI ordered the “florist choice” bunch and I am so glad I did My partner was overjoyed by the selection. Not only was it visually appealing and with a range of blooms, it was scented wonderfully. True artistry at play, and I cannot commend highly enough. Quality throughout, not just the flowers, but the arrangement, the delivery and the longevity of the blooms Totally recommend and wouldn’t use anyone else. I ordered same day delivery which I was very pleased with as they were delivered on time and communication was good. <br /> However the roses that were included only lasted 3 days although My daughter we made sure that they weee trimmed and watered immediately. I was disappointed as the flowers were not cheap.

Although the flowers were very nice and arranged well the bouquet was very small and contained lots of carnations, I could have bought most of the flowers in the bunch at a supermarket but would have got a lot more flowers! On her advice I managed to change my order and she also agreed to delivering the flowers a day earlier than I had originally asked for (because I placed the order quite late in the day).
